About Us

Having worked in family-run restaurants her whole life, Betsy Oliver decided to bring her passion for locally-owned restaurants to Colorado Springs. She moved to Colorado Springs in 1983 and created Oliver's Delicatessen. Today, Oliver’s still features the same friendly service, homemade-everything and an enthusiasm for the people they serve. Betsy has three grown children who all still live in Colorado Springs: Andrew (32), Justin (31), & McKenzie (27) and just welcomed her first Grand Baby, Murphy. The Oliver’s are avid dog lovers and have three doodles between them all: Stella, Dexter and Winnie You will see them in a pack gallivanting around Palmer Park on Sundays. :) Come see what has kept this local restaurant in business for 37 years!
